When you don’t use the couriers that uAfrica integrates with, ie CourierIT, Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy, you can still use uAfrica’s Tracking Only feature. This feature gives you the ability to use your usual courier* but at the same time make use of the tracking functionality of uAfrica, which includes notifications that are sent to you and/or your customer. This tutorial will guide you through how to fulfil an order using Tracking Only.
Log into uAfrica, and click Orders in the top left of the screen.
Find the order you want to fulfill and select the order number on the left of the screen.
Select the Tracking Only button in the top right of the screen.
From the drop-down menu, search for your preferred courier*.
Add in the standard tracking number that has been given to you by the courier, your waybill number or parcel number.
Click the Fulfil Order button in the top right of the screen and you’re done! Notification emails will be sent to you and your customer based on your Multichannel Settings for Notifications.
