When you want to use a different courier that uAfrica doesn't integrates with, for example Aramex, Fastways or FedEx, etc, you can still use uAfrica. You can make use of our Tracking Only feature. This feature gives you the ability to use your usual South African courier* but at the same time make use of the tracking emails from uAfrica. This tutorial will guide you through how to fulfil an order using Tracking Only.
Log into uAfrica, and click Orders in the top left of the screen.
Find the order you want to fulfill and click on the order number.
Select the Tracking Only button in the top right of the screen.
From the drop-down menu, search for your preferred courier*.
Add the standard tracking number that has been given to you by the courier, your waybill number or parcel number.
Click the Fulfil Order button in the top right of the screen and you’re done! Notification emails will be sent to you and your customer based on your Multichannel Settings for Notifications.
*The following couriers are the current South African couriers available on our Tracking Only feature but may change at any time without notice: Aramex, DHL, DSV, Fastway, FedEx, MDS Collivery, SAPO, UPS.
